Scrum Master
Job description
Zoosh Group is a fast-growing and ambitious digital product studio & venture builder. Zoosh create scalable & secure cloud business applications for established SMEs, corporate clients as well as new Startup founders with innovative B2B ideas.
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who has a strong technical background, with a client-focused attitude. As our new Scrum Master, you will help us drive our agile methodology values and interact with different stakeholders throughout the business.
Key responsibilities
- Drive all Scrum ceremonies
- Drive adaptation of our internal agile guidelines
- Participate in further developing internal agile processes
- Remove roadblocks
- Interact with stakeholders and establish good communication
- Refine and optimise Jira usage of projects
- Work on efficiency and productivity of the project teams
- Support Product Owners, in backlog management, prioritisation
- Represent and spread agile methodology and values
- Create and sustain productive environment for the team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
- Real experience in challenging Scrum Master situations
- Technical background and IT education
- Good knowledge of software development practices: CI/CD, unit testing, code review, testing process, etc.
- Experience with Atlassian products (administrative and deep practical knowledge of Jira & Confluence)
- Desired - Relevant certifications about Scrum or other Agile methodologies
