1 - Foundation
We work with early stage technology start-ups and established brands by helping our partners realise their product vision, build their companies and take their innovative ideas to market.

2 - Exploration
We work closely with you to assess whether an idea or proposition is plausible. We assign a dedicated Product Owner to your project, who will oversee the entire digital product and service creation process and all communication between you and our internal teams.
To start the process, we create a project plan which clearly defines the ‘Value proposition’ based on the research we’ve carried out for you.
We then use our Design thinking approach to Discover and Design more insightful prototyping. Our product design will not just consider look and feel, but also usability.
We look at the problem and solution from this emphasis on design can have a positive impact on your business profitability, as a user-centred product or service will be more popular and widely used.
The perspective of all of your different stakeholders. Then we develop interactive prototypes that enable your stakeholders to fully understand our product/service vision and encourage them to buy-in to it.
Our designers will collaborate with our development team throughout the implementation stages, to ensure that your end product meets all specifications, and your end user and stakeholder requirements.
3 - Creation
The third stage of our co-creation process is agile development which brings a range of benefits to the process. We firmly believe in both agility and quality, and demonstrate this by practicing agile software development and continuous integration.
